Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777cox ("777cox", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://777cox.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

777cox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the registered player account created on the Platform through which the User accesses all services.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and any bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by 777cox that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of real-money funds into a Player's Account made via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by 777cox before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile application, and all associated services operated by 777cox at https://777cox.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region where access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions where 777cox does not hold a valid operating licence.
• "Real-Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to wagering requirements and are withdrawable subject to successful KYC verification and these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a request by the Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a verified payment method.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 777cox, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. 777cox strictly prohibits access by minors. Where the Platform is accessed from a jurisdiction with a higher minimum age requirement, that higher age applies.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your access to the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering an Account.
4. One Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose — including to circumvent bonus restrictions or previous account closures — is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any other self-exclusion scheme that covers this Platform at the time of registration or during Account use.

Account Registration & Security

Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 777cox will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted via your Account using your correct login credentials is deemed to be your activity, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

Where 777cox suspects that Account credentials have been compromised, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Account pending verification without prior notice. Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to further protect their Account.

KYC Verification: 777cox operates a mandatory KYC process. Verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification — must be submitted and approved before the first Withdrawal is processed. 777cox may also request proof of address and/or source of funds documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 777cox may result in Account suspension or closure.

Providing false, altered or fraudulent documentation during KYC or at any other stage of Account operation is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including Real-Money Funds, without recourse.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

777cox supports a range of payment options to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. 777cox does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions, and players must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider permits gambling-related transfers.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to the Account Balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. 777cox is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Successful completion of KYC verification for the Account.
2. Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
3. The withdrawal amount does not exceed the verified Account Balance of Real-Money Funds.
4. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section.

777cox reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. Where cryptocurrency is used, exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal are the Player's sole risk.

Bonuses & Promotions

777cox may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are to be read in conjunction with this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household and per IP address applies unless specified.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Where a bonus has an associated wagering requirement, Real-Money Funds in the Account Balance will generally be used for wagering before Bonus Funds are applied, unless the Platform cashier specifies otherwise.
• A maximum bet restriction applies during active Bonus Fund wagering. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the period stated in the relevant promotional offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 777cox reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a player has already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering, the terms in place at the time of opt-in will apply.
• Bonuses must not be used for the purpose of matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit the Platform's promotional offerings. Where such activity is identified, 777cox reserves the right to void the relevant bets and forfeit the associated bonus balance.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on 777cox are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the price at the time of bet confirmation, the price at confirmation applies. 777cox reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Cricket & PSL Markets: For Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 franchise matches, ICC tournament games and bilateral series, the following general rules apply unless market-specific rules state otherwise: markets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, applicable void-bet rules will apply as specified per market.

Live Betting: In-play markets are suspended at the discretion of 777cox during key match events. Bets accepted prior to suspension are valid. 777cox accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on information obtained after an event has concluded where a delay in settlement has occurred.

Casino & RNG Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section. 777cox does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings from any game.

Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs or glitches. Any winnings generated from a known Platform error are void.
• Abuse of the Platform's chat or communication tools, including harassment of staff or other players.

Responsible Gambling

777cox is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The Platform is not a source of income and should never be treated as one.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players within the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and any self-exclusion once activated will not be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarising your current session duration and net gaming balance.

Suspension & Termination

777cox reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks raised against deposits made to the Account.
• Multiple Account creation by the same individual.
• The Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Player is identified as a minor.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.

A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 777cox support team. Real-Money Funds remaining in a verified Account at the time of voluntary closure are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Interruptions to Platform availability or service outages.
• Errors in odds, game results or settlement calculations, where promptly corrected.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777cox's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cox makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
